SALES CONDITIONS
The following General Conditions relate to the purchase of products made remotely via the internet on the website basilicore.it, belonging to Ci.Mas SRL, with legal and operational headquarters in CASTELGRANDE (PZ) VIA ROMA 42 CAP 85050, VAT number 02047800764, registered in the Register of Companies of Potenza, REA no. PZ-202158.
Acceptance of the general sales conditions
The sales contract entered into between Ci.Mas SRL and the Customer must be considered concluded upon receipt of the order confirmation, even if only partial, by Ci.Mas SRL.
By placing an order, the Customer declares to have read all the information provided during the purchase process and fully accepts the information indicated on the website under "Guida all'acquisto" (Purchase Guide). These information may be modified without notice and will be valid from the date of publication on the website www.basilicore.it
The Customer also declares the accuracy of the data entered during the registration phase and releases Ci.Mas SRL from any responsibility due to the inaccuracy of such data.
Once the online purchase process is completed, the Customer will print or save an electronic copy and retain these general sales conditions, in compliance with Articles 3 and 4 of Decree Law 185/1999 regarding distance sales.
The Customer has no right to compensation or indemnity, nor any contractual or non-contractual liability for direct or indirect damages to persons or property caused by the non-fulfillment, even partial, of an order.
The correct receipt of the order is confirmed by an automatic email sent to the Customer's email address provided. This response serves to inform the customer that the order has been received.
Jurisdiction and Applicable Law
The sales contract between the Customer and Ci.Mas SRL is deemed to be concluded in Italy and governed by Italian law. For the resolution of civil and criminal disputes arising from the conclusion of this distance sales contract, if the Customer is a consumer, the territorial jurisdiction is that of the reference court of their municipality of residence; in all other cases, the territorial jurisdiction is exclusively that of the Court of Potenza.
Prices, product features, and availability
The prices displayed on the website and the shipping costs include VAT.
The images of some products on the website are purely indicative as these products (such as cured meats and cheeses) are prepared and packaged at the time of order, hence the impossibility of being perfectly identical to those shown in the photos.
The availability of products can be checked directly in our catalog.
If the quantity indicated in the order is not currently available, or a product has run out due to multiple orders, the customer will be promptly contacted by our customer service and can decide whether to wait for the product to arrive, replace it with another product, or, in the case of advance payment, request a refund on the card for the value of the product or, in some cases, cancel the entire order.
Regardless of the chosen payment method, only the actual value of the delivered goods will be charged to the Customer.

Delivery times
The delivery times indicated on the website are those agreed upon in the contracts with our couriers Bartolini, GLS, or TNT traco. CiMas SRL cannot be held responsible for any possible delays caused by the aforementioned couriers or due to certain periods of the year with increased congestion.
